I know many of year ago at least most folks that I knew were injection mainly in the ass.
Jump the bridge many years later It semms people have become very creative with the area of injections.

Where do you stick?
What is your fav spot?
How often do you switch stick areas?

When I did cycles, I prefered glutes unless I was injecting tren ace and then I chose delt b/c I would rarely get "tren cough" when injecting there as opposed to glutes, when unfortunately it was hit or miss! :(

I'm surprised bi's & tri's are on the list but thigh injections aren't. I am also aware of individuals choosing to inject in their pecs before arms (though IMO that's crazy scary  ) or even in their calves, which I feel wud b extremely painful! [}:)]

as thick as gear is, how does one inject in the delt with one hand?

also, why does Tren cause one to cough?

Coughing is just ONE of the many horrible side effects! Trust me there are others. You can also get this kind of reaction from other AAS, just trenbolone base & trenbolone acetate are BY FAR the worse in occurrence + negative side effect reaction.

As far as injecting into your delt, I used to have my gf do it for me a long time ago, but when she broke up w/ me, I had to teach myself. It's difficult after the first few times, especially to aspirate, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes 2nd nature.

For those of you who shoot delts... is a 1 inch pin your weapon of choice? I use 1.5 for the glutes, but will need to start using the delts as I am starting my first short ester based cycle soon.

Thanks

Exact same scenario as me. I will NEVER shoot tren ace in my glutes ever again.

1 inch for shoulders. If its your first time pinning them, it will be painful after the first few injections until the muscle gets used to holding the oil.

Thanks Meat, and it will be Tren Ace that I am shooting so maybe I need to consider just shooting alternating delts EOD? Or is this too much to hit the same delt every 4-5 days? Another alternate injection location for Tren Ace?

If you've never pinned shoulders before, tren ace will be very painful for a few days after the injection. 4-5 days might not be enough time between injections initially. You could rotate 4 injections sites in that case. I would still choose something other than glutes for this, such as quads.

When I would inject, if it was ONLY 2x/wk, it would be each glute, with a 25g 1inch needle, but I'd use a larger guage to draw with, usually between 18-20. If I used shorter esters and had to inject more than 2x/wk, then I would simply rotate delts & glutes using the same size/guage needle as with glutes. If you think about it, injecting 6x/wk will give you an injection spot of BOTH delts & glutes an average of 1.5x/wk, which always worked well for me. If I was injecting ED, I would in reality just take 1day/wk off from injecting (usually a Sunday).

1 inch is the way to go for shoulders, I didn't like doing it at first, but i've been doing cutting cycles lately and now I actually prefer it over the glutes.

And LOL at bi's and tri's on this list. I injected my biceps one time, and let me tell you the minute that needle hit the top of my biceps brachii I was screaming like a little girl. Naturally I did it on the other arm the next day hahaha. I've done it in my tri's a few times to, tends to be sore for a little to long, maybe i'm just pinning the wrong spot but I have plenty of pictures and layouts of muscles with proper locations to pin pretty much everything. Anyone ever done their trap? Seen pics of that, makes me cringe

I have seen pics of Lats! fuck that! lol:eek:

, i do quads and chest do to eas of reach.ive yet to do shoulders or ass... traps seem like a good target...

i have eas injections due to the fact i use 25 guage needles i think...ive not used a smaller gauge yet... i also only use an inch on quads..i might step up to 1.5 now that ive broken them in. i just dont want to go to deep and make it hard to walk.... chest is also underused.. just my 2 cents... good luck man..

Situate yourself so your the arm attached to the hand doing the work is supported by a table or counter to keep it steady. Hold the syringe like a dart and stab into your shoulder. With your thumb push up on the plunger to aspirate. Then with Mr. Pointer pushing down on the plunger slowly to inject the oil into your medial delt. Don't worry, it took me years of working at NASA to figure this out:p

Glutes are the smartest place, low vascualrity. When I was at 242, single digit bf, that is the trick. You can virtually shoot anywhere, though do not recoment calves. With the added muscle you can easily do 2cc's in bi's. A good way to see for 1 cc in bi's is to see if your arm will fit in the blood pressure machine at the local fharmi. At 242 I could barely fit my foream in. (6 foot tall). Of course, I injured my lower back and had to take 4 months off, instead of getting fat and eating 7-10K calories a day I came down to 2K. Still healthy food. I'm now at 192, after four months and am ready to hit it again. butt, (pun) I would never dream of shooting anywhere but my glutes and my outer thighs. That's the bennefit of being large, your options open up even all the way to the lats.
Hth.

Quads are by far my favorite. I had a shoulder injury a while back that makes doing delts and glutes difficult. I keep wanting to try ventro gluteal, but despite all the pics online, I can't quite bring myself to do it. I always feel like I'm going to stick my hip.
