Injection site question

Should I inject in the same area or rotate.
Currently I inject in my ass but move about a finger width each time. Wondering if I’ll end up needing to rotate to my arm or something, assuming I cant do all of it on my ass.
 
It’s advised to rotate spots to cut down on scar tissue formation. Though I’ve been on trt for years and basically just did glutes for about a decade twice a week without ever an issue with scar tissue making injections difficult.

It’s really what you feel comfortable with in terms of pain tolerance and what you can reach.

These days I do glutes, lats, shoulders, biceps, triceps, quads, calves and try to move spots around so I’m not just pinning one small area. Out of all these spots I only fucking hate quads. There’s always subcutaneous injections too which really opens you up to spot injections

im on test P and dbol. how many time a week should i inject? ive been told to inject each day a week 0.5ml which equates to 50mg test, and 10mg dbol (daily)
 
If your pinning daily you need atleast 6 sites, scar tissue sucks. I was good with 4 pinning 2x week, but since adding tren and going daily, I needed 6 eben though 8 would be better.

My rotation is
L quad, R quad
L delt, R delt
L pec, R pec

Test P is known to cause a little more post injection pain than something like Test E but it's manageable. Doing every day injections is worth it so your blood levels stay more stable. You COULD push it and do EOD injections but in my opinion the peaks and valleys with blood levels isn't worth it.

This your first blast? Are you comfortable using 350mg Test with a low dose oral for your first time? Have you already started the blast or just planning things out? Have you considered using something different at a different dose for your first kick at the can?

Ive been on oral Dbol 40mg and moved to 50mg a day and now im trying to move onto injection dbol and oral dbol.
This is my first time ever injecting and taking testosterone though. So far i’ve injected my right glute twice and the PIP is pretty bad.

The pain is something you’ll unfortunately just need to grit your teeth through. Virgin muscles and test prop is a recipe for some pain.

The sites you choose when they have never been used before will be painful for a couple days but regular movement and an NSAID will help a lot

I can’t comment on dbol doses or use as I’ve never used the compound but how has your experience been so far on the dbol? Have you noticed a lot of water retention or improvement in mood or emotionality from estrogen spikes?

Yeah Its not too too bad being that its just on my glute.
Im thinking about injecting in my pec, quad and glute. do you have any good tips on how i should inject pecs and quads?

As for dbol, I’ve been on it for about 3 weeks now and my muscle growth hasnt changed very much but my weight has been much easier to sustain (im a lean guy with a fast metabolism). My emotions have honestly been incredible lately, I’ve been much more extroverted and confident than I used to be. That could just be due to progress i’ve made mentally and physically on my own but I wouldnt doubt Dbol playing a large part in it.
 
Quad hurts, i just tried it for the first time on sunday. Took a couple days for pip to suck. I'm tempted on delts but like.. how do i inject myself 1 handed at an angle? Like reaching under your armpit?

Dam do you do both heads of biceps?
 
I back load long tipped insulin syringes. The reason for back loading is that it prevents blunting the needle putting it into the vial before injecting. Minimal scar tissue and you don't need to rotate sites just make sure not to enter the same tiny injection mark twice. Its not good practice to reuse it more than once but you can. I do it to save money cause I'm tight on cash and spending 60 bucks a month on insulin needles is not ideal. Haven't had a bad shot yet. Only bad shot I've had is virgin pip.

Just virgin muscle pip it will get better.

No for delts pick your spot 3 fingers down from the boney spot basically mid lateral delt. Take the pin with the other had and pin it one handed. Easier if you sit and put the arm being pinned on the counter and relaxed

How many needles does this 60 a month equate too for you?

I am pinning 2x a day now, was 3x and no way I was spending 60 a month on pins. Even a mix of slins and 25g with 3ml syringes.

Yes every pin does equate to minute trauma to the muscle and over time even with slins will cause scar tissue. Just may take longer, unless you dont rotate sites.
 
Dam do you do both heads of biceps?
I’m not able to differentiate very well which is which so I usually use the big vein running down the middle of both my biceps as my guide. One injection goes left of the vein and the next one to the right. I’m always hitting muscle belly but not sure if I’m hitting individual heads. Insulin pins for biceps as well really cuts down on fluid leaking post injection

I didnt mean heads, i ment the middle or muscle belly, thats my fault used the wrong term. Insulin pins are amazing for spots like that too.
 
I’ve never pinned pecs so I can’t give advice to that. Quads are my least favourite spot but I do it on the couch with leg elevated and I just try to pick a meaty spot
For quads sit in a chair with leg bent. I ise a bar stool so the pinned leg can be rested a little higher, have done it sitting on edge of bed as well. Make a gun with your hand, place palm on hip, where your index finger lands, anywhere there is the spot.
