Injection sites For Beginner

So ive injected SubQ for near a year now and want to move onto IM(as im starting test) but dont wanna hit a nerve or get any bad sides from just the injection alone. Can anyone guide me to a place to learn where to inject IM and how. Tips please
You can pin trt and low cycles of test sub q just fine. You'll get called names for doing so by some douches but this is a harm reduction forum, screw them and their out dated opinions.

I have pinned test for years and recently primo sub q. Lab results are great. Chinese oils cause inflammation but pharm is just fine.

I just did ventroglutal and it felt fine. A little sore on the entry but after was just like subq, just slowly trickling it in cus I didn’t want it to hurt from too much in a short time. I’ll try more spots so as to not get any hard skin or scar tissue build up. Ty to everyone

Yea I’ve Chinese tho and I have heard that only 1 test esther works well subq(E if I recall) and I’ve C so it’s allg. I’ll use small needles and rotate sites so shouldn’t get any sides from the injection alone

Learn how to inject first, then it will be smooth sailing where ever you pin

Use the search bar for the dart injection technique or search YT videos, there are many tutorials online

It's how all nurses do injections, no hitting nerves or PIP or scar tissue or whatever if you do it right

One site that isnt talked about much is the flanks. If you are lean enough to feel them and reach them with a needle, they are very easy to hit without need to contort and twist and such. I recommend front lower flank an inch or two above the hip. In my experience its nearly pain free there, like the stomach.

Only issue with flanks is they are not huge. I never tried more than 0.5mL but I get zero inflammation with that. Needle length will depend on you. I use a 5/8in.
