injection sites

Do you flex your ass when u pin to make sure ur test gets in the muscle? i got more fat on lower body thighs legs ass so i dont know if i should do delt and I've heard more bad stories than good about quad injections, what do u do
 
Please don't flex for an injection. Your layer of fat will be above the muscle regardless.
1.5" needle and you'll be fine. If you aren't through the fat layer at that depth I would think your diet and training need work before AAS.
 
I've only had only one bad experience with quad injections. I've shot prop, tren, deca, test e & c, and sus in quads, and all were good to go. I've shot up to 2.5 cc in quads still no problem. I have a harder time with glutes just cuz I'm about as flexible as a brick. My TRT doc also recommended quad injections for self injecting. As for delts I've never done them. Mainly because my wife doesn't know I run AAS and don't want a bruise or anything where I pin to show when wearing a tank.

My doc started me on quad injections also. 5/8 25g I recently started an npp cycle forced me to do glutes. Jesus I need yoga. Almost cramped mid injection but I used 3/4 27g worked great but that Virgin muscle pip was kinda bad
 
I hate delt injections. Makes my already bad shoulders hurt worse.
Really? :eek:I almost always do delts for TRT and I've been having a little shoulder issue on one side. I never thought the two could be connected? May have to start doing quads give delts a break and see if that works.

what about quad I think ill go with quad, do you stretch the skin, i got fatter thighs should i go with a bigger needle, or would stretching the skin and pinning with 1 inch be fine?
 
Yes flex hard as you inject. Biceps while curling up a 95# dumb bell is best. Totally pain free. Along with a 20ga pin.
Put the needle in first before you flex though is what I've found works best. The more broke needles in the muscle the better my gains have been. No pain, no gain.
 
You should just use 1.5, the quad is such a large muscle you're not going to hit bone if that's what you're afraid of. If you're so concerned about not making it through the fat then work on leaning up some before your cycle. No sense in rushing

I plan on doing quads my whole cycle, can you shoot anywhere on the quads as long as you aspirate and dont draw blood?

Get on YouTube. Type quad injection in the search bar. Better yet type all your questions in their search bar. You have a lot of research to do before you attempt a cycle if you dont know not to flex your muscle when you inject.
 
Delts are my fave, least amount of PIP. I only do delts and quad though.

What? I do a lot of quads but I do glutes too. I find that the glute is best for me. I would do them all the time of it wasn't hard for me to reach there to inject. With quads it's just easy cause you can sit there and do it in front of you but the muscle is dense and is a little harder pushing into the muscle. With the glute the pin slides in like it's butter. I also get less pip and pain while injecting in the glute than quads. I only do more quad injections because it's more convenient.

Well I think another reason I haven't done glute is because I have hundreds of 1 inch needles. Don't want to order 1 1/2 just for glute lol

I used to use 1.5" pins for the glute but I ran out and used some 1" ones. Didnt have any problem so I've been using 1" for everything ever since. Used a 1" for the glute yestetday. You might want to try it one day. I think you would like it more than you think.

Fk it i'll do it on my next pin. Do you do yours parallel to butt crack?
