Can you (do you) typically inject your glute using only one hand to penetrate, aspirate, and inject? In the right glute you'd use the right hand only and you wouldn't hold the barrel of the syringe in your left hand while aspirating.

I use one hand for the whole process, left hand for the left glute, right hand for the right glute. It takes a little practice. Just take your time and try not to move the needle around once you have the needle in. If I were you I'd start with the quads first the move on to the glutes....

make sure to use the hand not on the barrel to stretch the skin so it dosent weep out, delt shots are so much easier,just takes practice good luck bro

I was in the same boat as yourself not too long ago. I thought it was virtually impossible to penetrate, aspirate and inject all with the one hand. You'll get the hang of it in no time. You can practice by having someone hold the syringe steady whilst you aspirate, in doing so the needle shouldn't move. It's just like riding a bike with training wheels. After a few shots, you won't need the further assistance. All the best
