Injection question

in a clinical setting aspiration, any visible blood will almost Always be blood not Plasma, plasma is part of the blood obviously, but its got to be seperated by centrifuge, likely NOT plasma as you described just doing a im shot,
I don't understand how people come up with these "unrealistic" conclusions, i "injected into my plasma" ,? lol And aspiration only compounds PIP, from the extra "wiggling" that cant be helped messing around "aspirating", Also plenty of YT videos on how to "Properly do im injections" and not one that i have seen Aspirates,,View attachment 334012
Sorry for noob question but would you say it's not worth aspirating then? As a beginner I'd rather start the right way.

I don't aspirate

When I started TRT and the nurse administered the first shot, she did not aspirate

It's unnecessary and prolongs the injection time which should be minimal imo

i don't and never have aspirated, the likelyhood of iv injecting while doing a im shot is , verrry rare, you only potentially initiate PIP by wiggling trying to aspirate, UNNECESSARY imo,,

I know how plasma looks like bro…
I’ve been pinning over 20 years now I have scar tissue inside my delt (feels like a small ball init) every time I hit that spot and aspirate yellow liquid gets inside the syringe I’m not bothered with it and usually I just inject it somewhere else but this time I caused the area to get inflamed..

I can share a dark story about a guy that didn’t aspirate and wasn’t lucky but rather not for the sake of the weak ones..

I used to aspirate but once I stopped I actually found that the injection site was less sore. Like others have said, the extra movement isn't worth it. Never has an issue since I stopped.
