A couple of years ago I strained my left biceps doing some heavy lifting. It didn't seem serious to me, just a little strained.
Problem is, the pain has not gone away. It hurts when I'm lifting, when I'm not lifting, pretty much all the time. It doesn't throb constantly. For example, it doesn't hurt right now. But if I flex my biceps I can feel it, and if I lift something it hurts.
Over the past year as I have done cycles and lifted hard it has gotten stronger, just like the right side. I can lift just as much weight with it, and it puts on gains just like my uninjured biceps. The only thing is that it hurts all the time.
What is the deal? Is it ever going to get better? What should I do to rehab it?
I've never had a muscle injury that didn't heal before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
