inkandmuscle VERY FIRST CYCLE!

Well, my first pin went well.. so smooth actualy, that I had to talk myself out of pinning another ml entertaining the idea of a frontload to kick my levels up quicker.. But I'll just take it slow since its my first run.. I hit legs when I got off work then came home, showered and pinned my right quad with a 1×23..


now we wait...

Thanks LS! Id take you up on that cookie if i hadnt choked down 12+ lbs a chicken in the past 6 days lol, trying to keep a positive nitrogen balance and lots of complex carbs so when the test kicks in I'm as anabolic as possible
 
inkandmuscle, everyday I think about the first time i am going to pin. I even grab up my quad and pretend like I am going to pin. I am trying to sike myself up so that when I start in sept. that I can do it.

I have always had a fear of needles, I just hope I don't have to ask my gf to give it to me in the ass, and i can man up and do it myself.

Any tips?

just do it!! Nike paid me to say that haha;)

seriously though I've never been afraid of needles I've got tattoos on my ribs,chest,back,knuckles etc.. honestly it's quick and easy just don't over think it.. i wouldnt have even realized the needle broke the skin if i hadnt watched it go in lol.. its nothing realy, trust me!
 
Just man up close your eyes and jab lol
well i wouldnt recomend closing your eyes lol

it doesnt take as much pressure as youd think to get the needle in, it kinda just slips right into the muscle.. just don't get worked up over it.. focus on the results of using instead of the fear of pinning
 
First pin yesterday, today's a rest day.. weighed in at 213.9 this morning.. my weights been stead 210-215 for about a year now.. I plan on upping the calories around week 3 or so when the test starts to kick in..

right now working on my shopping list, gonna try to use as little whey isolate as possible and get more and more of my protien requirements from whole food..

Ive been maintaining weight at ~4500cals since I became a warehouse selector so when I feel its time ill add an extra 500cals/day each week till I feel up to par with my training changes on gear.

heres a pic, no progress yet just relaxed for a reference point..

well guys...

i was off work today just chillin doin some research reading up on frontloading and... long story short; i pinned 2ml into my left quad.

gonna pin another 1ml friday thatll put me at 1000mg test for wk 1. then ill continue with 250mg every monday& thursday throughout the cycle.. in theory this should stabilize my test levels around week 2 or early week 3..

I'll keep yall posted

murdered chest and shoulders today..

noticed a little more endurance but I'll credit that to being psyched up over my cycle..

gonna pin anther 250mg tomorrow to finsh up my frontload then onto my regular protocal.. no signs of test flu, probably cause of my naturally large frame

I'll keep yall posted.
 
put 1ml into my right delt this morning to finish up my frontload.. i think I'm gonna stick to quads as often as possible cause aspirating was a bitch with 1 hand..

also said fuck it and ate 30mg tbol before breakfast.. Aftera bunch of reading lastnight I decided to run it on the front end at 60mg/day 4wks

Gonna continue cycle as planned 250mg mon/thurs, might stretch it out to 12 weeks though.
 
i know its tempting to just yolo a cucle but make sure u followed a detailed schedule you make pre cycle bro. trust me i know we all get anxious but patience pays off lol anywho i yolo all the time ;)

lol i put in some research before frontloading or adding the tbol and ive got the anchillaries needed incase..

lol "yolo a cycle" that reminds me of a mark lobliner vid i was watching haha
