Well bro, u may not get any. I tan on the reg and I haven't had much acne the whole time. Prone to male pattern baldness and haven't lost any hair either lol... Yet ... No gyno either .... Watch me wake up bald, pizza faced with tits in the morning !

Damnnn... thats exactly what I am going to have to do when I start my cycle. Cook an entire weeks worth of food and have everything pre-prepped.

Id start now, Better to go ahead and get the diet portion in check that way when youre on cycle youre already g2g! I've been mass preping food for for the past 6 months or so
 
Well, I am not going to go that far. I won't be starting until mid september..
True that... what are you doing currently? dieting, bulking, maintaining etc?
In my situation I have aimed for nothing but gains over the last few yrs, even before considering aas so I guess that's the reason I've kept that mindset.. Itll still be smart IMO though to atleast get into the practice a few weeks before your first pin that way you can start getting it down to a science... I go balls to the wall in the gym but a HUGE portion of effort is put into play in the kitchen
 
I'm not a pessimist, but i said the same thing about acne. i never got it until well into my first cycle and pct. From what i can tell (on myself only) the gear makes me get blackheads on my back, those intern form lovely little volcanos when they get infected. You make want to start using netrogena body wash with salisylic acid (or store brand, same shit doesn't smell as nice) as a precautionary messure. Keep those pores clean.

I am with ya on that..My diet is clean atm but not extremely strict. I have basically just been maintaining my weight at around 220 give or take 5 lbs.

I haven't been in the gym in over 2 weeks due to a pulled muscle in my middle back, but it is starting to feel alot better, and I am anxious as hell to get back in the gym.

My diet will be 100% atleast 2 weeks before I start my cycle and all the way through PCT

I thought it was a rack of ribs when I first glanced, but i beleive you are correct Noah. Looks pretty lean, not very keto friendly:) I could be wrong.

Steaksssss!!!! Very keto friendly and I love dousing them in butter...hell sometimes cheese and mayo lol. People are astonished I can stay pretty lean eating this way though lol.
 
so I'm 22 days in
I feel incredible
strength is steadily climbing
getting a bit of vascularity

Actualy feel the engine firing now, and been getting told left and right that I look bigger..

weight is fluctuating between ~227-~235
lighter towards the ends of my work week, heavier on my days off..

I'll post pics soon
