ive been reading up(at your advice) and im not quite ready to start but i wanna get some input from you guys. first off im
180lb, 28 y.o, w/a fairly cut build. ive been working out for about 3-4 years and feel like iv'e plateued. i wanna keep it simple and do eq(400mgwk) , sus(400mgwk) and d-bol(30g.ed). i would like some advice on wether i should go weekly/bi-weekly and how the eq and sus should be taken(same day,area) etc.
