Hi all
Was hoping to get some feedback on my slin protocol as I’m not sure it’s optimal.
I’ve tried to read the various threads here first but I kept seeing different approaches and wound up more confused lol.
Current protocol -
AM - 10IU Lantus + 2IU GH
7PM - Meal 50g protein, 100 carbs, 10 fats
9PM (pre workout) - 5IU Novorapid
9.30PM - Training, 50-60g dextrin intra-workout (60-90min session). Start sipping 15-20 mins after the slin and then throughout then session.
11PM - Post workout meal 45g protein, 100g carbs, 15g fats and 3IU GH
Even with the intra-workout shake, I’m finding that my blood sugar starts to drop lower than I’d like (approx 3.8mmol/l (60-70mg/dl)) and had a few hypo incidents that occur at the tail end of my training sessions and then the anxiety sets in to get home quick and get my post workout meal in fast.
