For GH I use 31ga 5/16". Sometimes they do bend slightly if I don't hit the center of the rubber stopper but don't have any issues breaking the skin.

I don't think I will be able to back load with out wasting too much product. Im only injecting .030 ML so it's hardly enough to fill a 25g 1 1/2 AAS syringe (I just tested it). And it's so thin that when I back load with another slin needle it quickly leaks out before I even put the plunger in.

Might try a shorter needle as mentioned in this thread

Finally tried 25g 1in. So far so good compared to the 23g I was using before.

Been having trouble with my injections. Yeaterday i had one needle actually break completely off and I didn't realize until I tried pinning and it wouldn't break through the skin.

Today I try pinning and couldn't get it to break the skin. Thought for sure the tip must have broke off but after inspecting it looked normal. Chose a different spot and with a little more force I was able to get it through.

I am pinning in my lower abdomen area sub q. I pinch a chunk of fat and insert.

Fucking needles are 28gx1/2 and should not be giving me this problem.

Anyone run into this issue with insulin needles?

No. That's part of the problem I figured out. I just need to pick up an assortment of different syringes

Do you care at all about needle length ? Say 1.5in versus 1in or gauge only?

23g X 1.5" Glute
27g X 1" delt never a problem with either.

Depends on injection site and amount of skin/fat u have to get through to hit muscle. That's why some guys will use slin pins to hit delts or tri. I use 1" on glutes with no problems
