Intercepted mean seized?

From reading your posts then looking into the interception issue, to me it's obvious they had to do it. It seems to be an option only the sender can use. I would give them a chance to reship everything as it's there fault, and if they refuse I would put them on blast. This isn't a seizure so for them to treat it that way is just bad business.

Thanks for the input. So does that mean in your opinion you believe they should ship the freebies as well? The reason i made 2 $300+ orders to begin with was to get the freebies that they offered really. Otherwise I would have just ordered one order worth of supplies and that would have covered me for more than a cycle. I was trying to get enough to last me several cycles.

Ya know.. I've been putting a lotlof thought into it and i really have only had good experiences with basic. And because of the amount of money I spent on the orders.. $325 and $330, I'd be happy with just getting the paid products reshipped. The $400 in freebies were a big driving factor in doing it... And if this wasn't basic, I'd say they were doing it to get out of giving me so much in freebies... But they are one of the biggest suppliers. It's almost ridiculous of me to think it's worth it for them to do that. They baited me saying that they are moving their warehouse and that this is the last promo they are having before they do that, and there likely won't be as generous of promos in the future... That's when I said u know what... Let me double up and take advantage of this offer while it lasts especially if it's the last time... Thanks all for the input. again I don't want to yet put them on blast and even if I get the stuff I paid for It would be a relief just to not be out $650~ . I can live without the freebies.. the reason I have mentioned them repeatedly is like I said it was the factor that pushed me into getting so much, twice what I norm would .
What's really shitty though is when you take one of their freebies promos you forfeit your Bitcoin discount, your loyalty discount and any other discounts... Which would have saved me quite a bit of cash, 20% I believe... But it came out to be the $300 spent get $200 free was better than the other discounts I would have gotten. My normal discounts would have saved about $65 per order for total $130 roughly... I know I'm going into this pretty deep and ppl might be thinking like I'm being over the top, it's just like I said previously, have had 0 issues and have always been smooth sailing, never dealt with any of this... So wasn't expected.. guess I was spoiled having not had to deal with bs as long as I've been doing this with the same vendor.

Did you try contacting USPS for a detailed explanation? If they tell you that the sender requested the package be returned to them, then it's on the source to reship the entire order, including the promotional items.

The request to USPS to return a package to the sender doesn't seem like it would be the result of a simple accidental push of a key on a keyboard. And even if it is that simple, the source is still at fault.

I was thinking about doing that but I have some weird paranoid thought that if I pursue it.. since it might have been flaggedfand they know what it is... That customs or usps might contact or have contacted some type of law enforcement or something. Idk, is that stupid and far-fetched??

If they did they wouldn’t enter something into tracking that would look out of the ordinary.

Gotcha, I thought the same but hearing it from someone else is reassuring.

Now do you or anyone know... If u get something seized are you put on some kind of list by customs making it more likely to have ur mail looked at in the future.. like do they flag you or your mail and then make it more likely to have future orders seized??? I would have liked to just have had the order reshipped to the same place but also worried about that.. I had it shipped to a friend in Florida instead, but thats kinda an inconvenience for both of us as I'm from NY. Have to rely on him to get it to me etc..

Idk if they have a “database” but I’ve heard from people that have had packages seized and they had reships to the same address with no problem. I think they get so many packages coming thru that even if they did they probably wouldn’t check every address every time. Just a my guess on the address DB. I’d hope they’d save that for something more serious than roids or drugs.

Ok thanks again, that was my initial thought as well because I have heard of people getting gear fine after a seizure also. Hope it works out. I played it safe this time because they only reship once... but don't wanna have to have my gear sent across the country every time in the future.

I would really like to keep getting my stuff from basic international...

I really don't want to have to start using domestic for 2 reasons... 1)No real domestic source other than basic... I have tried researching but can't seem to find enough support for any USA domestic sources that makes me trust them... 2) basic domestic is great .. gear is legit... Comes fast.. but the issue is because of how much more it costs... I mean I get it being more expensive... Paying 1.5 x the price for gear, test, tren I can live with.... but LOL... $35 international vs 90$domestic for an anti estrogen lol... that's the one that kills me most... I'll order questionable anasrazole from a questionable source before spending $90 for a blister 50 pills, not even the box of 100 pills. Lol. Sorry that one is the funniest.

$100+ for var or drol... Not the greatest... but I'd love to hear a justification for an anti estrogen being marked up 2.5x when nothing else has that kind of markup from international to.domestic

We never contacted USPS or anyone else asking to intercept and redirect packages. This status appeared recently only, so we are not sure what this means. I promise, it is caused not by our side. For now we consider such packages as seized. Fortunately this status comes up not so often.
We reship package, if someone gets this status.
Also about addresses. It is always better to use another delivery address and name and we always offer this option. However, if customer does not have any other delivery address, we can use the same and yes, many packages arrive after the second trial fine. We always offer our most discreet form of shipping in case of a seizure. I would like not to disclose much details about it here. Every customer with a seizure always gets this info from us personally.

Again yes I realized this is not something basicstero has done. Packages I found out can only be intercepted for domestic shipments. This was a mistake on my part, I just thought it was strange cause when I read about usps interception it says it is something the sender does. I think it was seized and usps made a mistake in labeling it as intercepted. Basic has never screwed up any of my previous orders in the last 3 years... And it appears they did not this time either . Just unlucky with seizure . Because now I have the facts I apologize for anything negative I might have caused to the guys at basic

I was sent an empty bottle of hcg. It was pre-mixed and out of refrigeration for over a week; so, empty and no longer viable... please help me with a unmixed reshipment.

I’ve sent multiple emails and it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.

Good to see that some of this was figured out. i guess i can put my torch and pitchfork away for another day.

Now the question is, what the hell happened? Someone in another thread said that package interception could mean that it was damaged or leaking. If this is true, i would be a little worried, were it me.

Well according to the post office package intercept is a feature that allows the sender to redirect any package, letter or flat that hasn’t been delivered.
USPS Package Intercept

What It Is
USPS Package Intercept® lets you redirect a domestic shipment that hasn’t been delivered or released for delivery. It’s available for packages, letters, and flats with a tracking or extra services barcode.

You can also stop mail and packages at a Post Office™ as a Hold For Pickup. You can even request to have them redirected as Priority Mail® back to your address.

Commercial Customers
If you have a Centralized Account Payment System (CAPS) account, you can register online at the Business Customer Gateway to make your request and pay applicable fees.

How It Works
Verify that your shipment is eligible for Package Intercept.
If eligible, you can submit your request online after logging in with your USPS.com account.
After submitting your request, you’ll be provided an estimated total (intercept fee plus estimated Priority Mail postage, if applicable). We will then attempt to intercept and redirect the shipment.
If the package is intercepted, your credit card will be charged the $13.45 Package Intercept fee plus any applicable postage. If the actual postage is greater than estimated, any additional postage will be charged accordingly.
With Package Intercept, you can redirect mail or packages to the sender. Your local Post Office can also hold for pickup.

Restrictions
Customers will not be charged if the shipment was not intercepted. If successfully intercepted, the non-refundable Package Intercept fee is applied to each intercept request.
Get Package Intercept Price Information
USPS Package Intercept service is available for all domestic mail services, except USPS Marketing Mail™ and Periodicals.
Only items with a USPS Tracking® barcode or extra services barcode can be intercepted.
Packages should measure no more than 108 inches in length and girth combined.
Package Intercept is not available for items addressed to a Commercial Mailing Receiving Agency or redirected to a PO Box.

All intercepted items are redirected as Priority Mail®. You must pay the applicable Priority Mail postage, except when the item was originally sent using Priority Mail Express®, Priority Mail, or First-Class Mail®.
Retail and commercial customers can also purchase additional services for the intercepted package, like Adult Signature Required, Adult Signature Restricted Delivery, Signature Confirmation, and Insurance.
Add Insurance & Extra Services
USPS Package Intercept is not available for non-mailable items, items with surface-only transportation markings, such as Label 127, Surface Mail Only, or items bearing other hazardous materials markings, such as Consumer Commodity ORM-D.

Ye this is what I saw and that's why I bugged out a bit. Was thinking they didn't wanna gimme the freebie promos. So they intercepted and now can ship without the promo items.. which was a lot if test e and other stuff. 4 vials test, 1 Dbol.. 1 Var.
1 Winny. And 1 AI. Sucks.
But.... From what I read now.. it can't happen with international shipments... So although it appears exactly like an intercept based on tracking.. even showing getting through customs to my post office... It couldn't have been sender unless they have changed it and it can be done for International mail, and they haven't updated the usps website

i would say it is impossible. No way we could ship an emty hcg bottle.
In such cases as per conditions we ask for unpacking video. You can send it to our e-mail. I will contact you.
