I see a lot of first-time cyclers getting blasted for their training/nutrition and I'm curious to see what members of Meso think of mine. I'm currently running my first cycle (kickstarted with four weeks of Dbol and ten weeks of test) and am basically going for a full bulk. I began my cycle two weeks after getting off a men's physique stage in which I placed dead last because I was one of the few (only?) naturals on stage. At 5-6% bodyfat and completely dried of water I weighed about 176 pounds. I want to keep competing, specifically advancing to bodybuilding, so I decided that if I wanted to play with the big boys, I'd have to even the odds. I desperately love bodybuilding and DON'T want to waste time so I'd like y'all to take a peak at my diet and training.

Nutrition: 65 protein 54 carbs and 80 fat meals every three hours. The meals consist of chicken, 99% lean turkey, 96% lean beef, oatmeal, rice, yams, beans, broccoli, almonds, egg whites, crab meat, tuna, etc. Approximately every halfway between each meal I slam a shake that consists of MTS Whey and 1/4 cup of oats because I need the extra calories (I think). I've jumped up 13 pounds since stepping off stage and have definitely added fat but bulking isn't perfect I suppose (although I've nearly erased my abs in 3-4 weeks). My lifts have increased a ton (20+ pounds on working sets for compound movements for example). My supplements include glutamine, Full as F*ck from 5%, and creatine.

Training: Four days on, one day off.

Day one: Chest+calves
Day two: Legs+forearms
Day three: Back+shoulders+abs
Day four: Arms+traps+calves

Also, due to the increasing bodyfat and assumed water gains from AAS, I've been alternating steady state and HIIT cardio.

Anyone have thoughts/comments/opinions? Taking this competing thing seriously and HATE wasting time.
