For months since last test, I reccomend just putting the month and year instead. You wont have to constantly update it that way

You were right about the sterility testing. It couldnt hurt to do it and its harm reduction. I dont think many people are going to care too much though since its a lot of effort and nobody seems to be suffering from unsterile gear.
