I disagree with the t/a being faster than international....there are quite of few reputable international source thats faster than domestic..And yes international for most part is cheaper...alot cheaper, especially brand name ugl, such as kalpa and etc..cause once the international source establish a domestic base, they have to hire remailers and cost goes up dramatically.
if you havent noticed alot of domestic website, for example scirrox offers two different prices. domestic and international. they take the risk out for you, but they pass down that price dwn to you.
if you read up operation grind...they ordered a total of 22 different orders from inter and domestic. out of 10 package from domestic...8 came back from the lab results as BUNK....all the international order came back gtg. that should tell you something. but on the retrospect, they are alot of legitimate ug labs here too.
security issue is definately a concern for both international and domestic.
Lets say if youre package is intercepted internationally for the FIRST time, ur address will be flagged for future reference. you might or might not get a seizure letter, but its highly unlikely they will pursue you, but you best not to send it to that address ever again.
domestic wise, the chance of ur package getting intercepted is pretty low. but in the slight chance that it does, youre in trouble. they will no doubt imo come after you. cause it is 100% illegal in the u.s and they will consider that interstate drug trafficing thru the u.s postal...
just be careful and when they deliver, if the package looks tamper with or if something dont feel right...dont accept it...especially when it needs signature..
