Every testing lab has some accreditation
This lab for example:
Can be checked against its lab code.
If they use a standard method, it doesn't need to be accredited.

To confirm the lab report you hold is genuine.
The tel number is the same as on the lab reports.
The lab report is a certifying document, not a chromatogram or absorbance reading. You could ask for those. In this line of work, they usually refuse.
You could ask for a coa of the reference standards they use or the microplate, assuming they did the test and not just print a cert for easy money.
If they have a picture of the sample container before testing, and the exact concentration is not labelled, even better.
