INTERVIEW PARTICIPANTS REQUIRED - PLEASE SHARE
I am a Psychology PhD student at Kingston University as well as a competitive powerlifter. My research focuses on issues surrounding those who use performance-enhancing drugs, like steroids.
I am looking for women to interview for a study I am doing.
This interview will explore the experiences of women who have come off Anabolic-Androgenic Steroids (AAS).
So if you've come off gear and you're a woman, I want to explore your personal experience and what it was like for you. Whether this is coming off for good, or between cycles doesn't matter.
You must be over 18 years old. The interview will be totally anonymous, so nothing identifying will be in the final transcript. There are no location restrictions, so if you don't live in the UK, you can still take part.
The interview will be voice-recorded, but not video recorded.
I am happy to do it in person if you live in London, or I'm happy to do it over Whatsapp/Skype etc.
This is an opportunity for your voice to be heard in a confidential context, and help people understand this process better.
You can message me on Facebook or you can contact me on my uni email for any questions or further information: k1545825@kingston.ac.uk
