Hey, everyone.
Been reading Meso for a few months and finally decided to join.
Quick introduction: I'm 28 years old, 5'10, 200lbs, been training for almost 6 years now, primarily focused on bodybuilding for about 4 years.
Started training when I stepped on a scale and weighed 270lbs. I had a gym membership by the end of the day. Never played sports growing up but I always enjoyed lifting so I figured I'd just start there. 2 years later I was down to 170lbs but thought I looked too scrawny so I started studying bodybuilding and I've been addicted ever since. Currently, bodybuilding and casually training in boxing.
Goals: Bigger, Stronger, Faster
I'm new to posting on forums so I'll just say I can't wait to see what more I can learn here so that I can continue to pursue my goals.
