Intro

Hey guys,

Been combing through the forums and trying to absorb as much information as I can but I thought it would be beneficial to introduce myself and get involved in the community.

Stats:

- 23 years old
- 5'8"
- 175lbs
- 10-11% body fat

Goals:

- Continue to put on lean muscle mass in a safe, steady manner.

Background:

Was a big wrestler growing up and was recruited to wrestle in college but I decided that staying as small as possible just to make weight wasn't for me anymore. Weight training revolved around wrestling but it was definitely tough to dial in training and diet because my idea of cutting weight was wearing a garbage bag underneath 4 layers of clothes and hitting the elliptical for an hour and going on hunger strikes week in and week out. Workouts are definitely tough when you're not eating properly.

Tried to start lifting seriously once I got to college because I was still pretty scrawny from high school. Weighed about 130lbs going in and left about 160lbs. Diet was still pretty shitty because I was basically a broke college kid and any money I had went to booze rather than buying quality food.

Ran my first cycle at the beginning of this year. 500mg Test E for 10 weeks. 4 week nova/clomid pct. Ran pre and post bloods and my test levels have since returned to where they were before I cycled. Gained about 20lbs on it and kept 15lbs. Made great gains and diet was definitely better but still not where I think it should be.

Trying to get everything squared away diet-wise before I even start to research a second cycle. Appreciate any advise you guys can give and I'm hoping to learn as much as I can so I can continue to gain muscle in a safe, effective manner.

Hey! how was your experience during pct? I'm running sustanon 350/week without any sides so far.

For a second cycle I would try Dbol @25mg/week with test 500/week

Pct wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Saw a slight decrease in strength and felt a little sluggish throughout the day but still was strong as hell. Muscles didn't feel as full but I was still getting compliments left and right about my size. Thought the emotional sides would get to me but surprisingly I didn't experience any. Was salty my lifts went down a little but I wasn't crying at the moon over ex girlfriends or anything like that. Surprisingly my libido felt higher during pct than it did on cycle, and on cycle it was through the roof.

Definitely thinking of running a second compound for my second cycle but I still have a lot to learn before I jump back in the mix.
 
For a second cycle I would run

Winstrol 250week(not orally)last 5weeks
Test 250mg/10weeks
Nandrolone300 first 5 weeks

Not jumping back on anytime soon but I like that compound combination. Definitely would put on some size with the deca and clean things up with the winny. Any specific reason why you prefer injectable winny over oral?
