It said we should introduce ourselves...
45 and been having low t issues so I started trt and just dipping my toes in the world of aas
I really like to run and lift weights, pretty high volume runner and just wanted a place to maybe interact with some other endurance athletes and find what is working for everyone! I like to run 6 days a week and lift 5 days...
looking forward to getting to know some of you!
