Over thinking and over doing drugs for a first show is a huge mistake.

Don't listen to these guys. Dbol, make sure you eat a bunch of salt to keep dry and junk the whole wheat pasta go for (enriched) regular and switch from red sauce to Alfredo.

Don't forget up your tour test to around 800 and remember dht is insanely catabolic. Grab some Accutane, limit the water consumption and dry scoop 30 mins pre. Good luck
