I'm 40, male.
Been into fitness for the past 15 years.
Primary goal has always been to train strength and power for sports, improving my aesthetics while doing so.
Never used any gear yet. Doubt i'll ever use steroids, but I've started with peptides.
Been on glp1 for 6 months and have gone sub15% bodyfat, starting at around 25%.
Open to trt if my testosterone doesn't improve, but with the lower bodyfat percentage I should aromatise less and in turn boost my total T, to begin with. I don't need it to be supraphysiological : 800-1000 is my target.
Also used ss31 and motsC few months ago, but without any tangible benefits.
Started tesa+ipa, cjac+ipa, glutathione recently. Goal is to improve recovery, minimise injuries, staying healthy and build some muscles over next few years.
