Probably should have done this a while ago, sorry for my lack of etiquette.

Trained for 7 years or so through highschool and college. Work kind of took over my life, fell off, got real fat. Like real real fat. Got motivated to lose some weight a few times through my 30s. Would lose 40-60 pounds in a few months, then fall off training again due to traveling for work or various other life stresses.

Got real serious again about 4 years ago, stepped on the scale and saw 360lbs. Decided I needed to do something.

Started off with commiting to 2x20 minutes of exercise a week. Didn't matter if they were back to back, or 5 days apart. Just be consistent. Added another day of 20 minutes after a month. Sometimes it was weight training, sometimes cardio. Didn't matter. Just make it happen.

Got more serious. Built a squat rack in my garage and started training a few days a week. Got an air bike, I'd use it for active rest between sets. Lost a few pounds. Tried keto, hated it. Quit drinking 3 months into working out. Quit smoking a month later. Started just counting calories as I was used to doing before.

2 years in, lost 185lbs, got down to 175. At about 210lbs I went to a trt clinic and got my Test levels checked. They were in the ~40ng/dl range (not a typo). Hopped on TRT. Ran ~120mg/wk for about a year before I decided I didn't want to pay $250 for a vial of test, and wasn't happy with the basic labs they were ordering once every 6 months. About 8 months in I started learning more about what to look for from bloodwork. Started ordering my own every 8-12 weeks.

After leaving the TRT clinic I was on a few paywall forums with private sources. Got a few bunk vials and decided to get into making my own. I prefer having control over everything that goes into a batch and knowing the purity of the material used.

Learned quite a bit stalking Meso and reading. Ton of info here. Hope I can share what I've learned while still picking up new things from the others here. Thanks for having me.
