Introduction/plan :)

Hello everyone.

I can't say I'm going to be a consistent poster here or anything but I've been doing some research over the last little while and talking to some other friends that are into lifting/etc.

To start off;

I'm a 27 year old male, probably around 6' 1" and roughly 103-104kg's. I'd say my body fat % is pretty high, although far from obese.

In my early 20's I got heavily into lifting without any steroids and got myself up to a 200kg deadlift and ~160kg squat, I weighed about 112kg at my peak, although I was far from toned but indeed very fit and very muscular. I wasn't cutting or trying to cut.

Anyway I threw a shoulder dropping 140kg bar off my back and threw in the towel and haven't trained since, barely even lifted a finger. That was probably 3 years ago.

Anyway I've had enough of sitting around being a fat cunt I've decided to try and get back into the game.

I have about 2 and a half months before I go back to sea for a 5 month swing so here is my plan.

I've been talking to some friends, some 'natty' as you call it and another guy who is pretty comfortable with juicing himself. I've been taking advice from both and here is what I've got so far... I'm hoping someone here can give me some advice or point me in the right direction.

As per advice from my 'natty' friend, he said if I want to start using anything to start with anavar. Well I've been chasing this up and it's pretty hard to find so I gave up on that.

My other friend has hooked me up with some test enth and clen. Now before you start telling me I'm stupid for thinking this is going to do anything just hear me out.

I get home this wednesday and plan to start straight away in training. A good HIIT program on my non-lifting days and back into a 3-day per week lifting program alternating lower and upper body.

My juicy friend told me to start with about 200-250mg test e for the first twelve weeks. I DO not want to get 'massive hulk bro mode' if anything I want to use it to give myself a big motivational boost in the first couple of months before I go back to sea for 5 months and have to make do with very limited gym equipment, with which I'm hoping what gains I make in those first couple of months will be massive encouragement.

The clen I'll probably bring in around the 8-10 week mark? keep it going two weeks into the off-cycle of the test... Not using a lot but I need to do some more research and probably assess where I am at at that stage before I start using it. I'm not just going to go straight into this injecting everything I can get my hands on. I'm still working out with my friend the PCT, he says he should be able to sort me out with what I need for my off cycle from the test.

I'm still yet to work out a good program for my weights training and what will be the most effective. For the first couple of months I'll have solid gym access with good equipment. I might just do some kind of innovation of 5/3/1, SS, greyskull or just make it up as I go along. I am of the strong hope that I've retained some kind of muscle memory and the little kick from the small test dose will be of benefit? Or is this naive?

Of course my diet is going to change massively as well. Clean eating and all the rest of it, but I am NOT super focused on getting 'shredded brah' or "bulk as brah" i just need to improve my overall fitness, lose some weight and get back the muscle I had before.

all that shredded crap can come later, but I'm really not too phased about it nor have i ever been. I'm using these supps purely as a big motivational/energy boost more than anything...

Being at sea I will not be able to do max heavy weights because of risk of injury from moving ship, so it will probably have to be low weight high volume training for those last 5 months.

Also with these I was hoping to use Mesomorph v1.

ANy help, advice or whatever would be appreciated :)

yes?
as in yes I'm a dumbass or all this sounds ok?

Look. Heres what happened. I was reading your intro, it got a little long, so I just typed yes. I was hoping somehow it fit.
But welcome to Meso. May all your bodybuilding and AAS dreams come true.

Welcome. I've had a bench and a barbell for the last 3 years. Make due with what you have.

A gym is best, but when you are determined to keep your gains you can.
