Introduction

Hey guys just thought I'd update this thread with a couple questions.

This is me at about 168. Would guess body fat is around 15, 16?

My goal is to put on some mass and at the same time get my abs back lol. Not sure if that's even possible. Obviously the beginner cycle is straight test for 12 weeks. However I had acne growing up and definitely don't want it back. Would that still be the best option for me at this point? Thanks bros

I was a fat ass growing up and never seen ABS till my twenties.. watch what you eat lots of veggies and some meat for your protein. I'd recommended adding bicycle crunches and leg lifts to your routine to tear up that mid section and build those muscles up they'll stand out bro. Try situps while holding a flat weight on your chest or behind ur neck and back, good luck bro.

Def protein shakes will help w mass along w your diet but you'll probably lose the abs. When you lose the water weight from the shakes you should get them back.
 
Week1.jpg Week 10.jpg Hey there guys. Figured I'd update my introduction. I just finished my first cycle of Test at 300mg/week for 10 weeks. My bloods are in the testing section. My diet kind of fell apart about week 8 because of personal issues. I kept my protein high but cheated more often than I should've. Progress coukdve been better, but i dont think the cycle was wasted by any means. Anyway, the first picture is week 1 of the cycle after I cut for a bit leading up to the cycle(cut didn't go as well as I hoped). Second picture is week 10. The pictures was taken the day after Thanksgiving so I'm holding a little extra water. :)
 
Thank bro. I've been on here a while and lurked for longer. Just didn't want to jam up the boards with another thread just to update for my first cycle progress.
