Hey everybody, what's up?
I've been reading a lot on this and a few other sites and finally decided to sign up here cause it seemed like the most legit.
A bit about myself: I've lifted on and off since I was 18 (24 now) but I've been more serious for the past several months since I found a great gym.
My primary focus is powerlifting and I'm gearing up for my first meet in January! My current best lifts are 405/265/525 and I weigh in at around 275-280; I'm not sure what my bodyfat is, it measured around 30 not to long ago but that was on a bodyfat scale.

Right now I'm doing one day a week for each of the 3 lifts and one for push press/overhead press, and then like assistance work for each one.
I also just started doing farmers walks with a trap bar to get a bit of conditioning, those are brutal!
one of the more experienced guys said i can peak with him for it once he starts, but idk what that will look like.
