Hey Everyone. New here, looking for some help with some health concerns. Never taken steroids, been studying them for about 2 years. My health concern is that I have naturally low Estrogen ( below <30pmol/L) which I think happened from using endocrine disruptive chemicals in my youth, one being Phthalic Acid. Gonna try and keep my shit short here and post a detailed post in the Mens health forum looking for help.
Background: 27 years old, 6' tall, 200lb, 20-25% bf. wasn't always 25% fat, was lean as a kid until I started using those chemicals. Been active since I was a kid, Did judo from 10 to 24 2x per week, lifting from 16 to now 3-7x per week, snowboarding in the winter 2-5x per week. Have all the low estrogen symptoms including physical symptoms like a fatty liver despite a good consistant diet for the last 13 years (basically zero sugar, moderate fats moderate carb, all raw foods, rarely drink or do drugs)
Anyhow ill make a big post in Men's health detailing everything. Looking for help with getting treatment for it, as in Canada low estrogen in men isn't medically recognised. Ive been told off by 6 doctors, and 2 endocrinologist in the last 18 months. If anyone has studies or information showing the negative health effects of low estrogen in men I would be forever grateful.
