Hey everyone,

I’m a 27M currently sitting at 165 lbs at 5’10. About a year and a half ago, I really committed to weight loss and went from 270 down to where I’m at now, mostly through weight training and staying consistent. No real experience with resistance training prior. Somewhere in the middle of that journey, I started TRT through a clinic—my TT was sitting around 230, and with 120 mg of Testosterone weekly I’m now sitting at about 800. I also utilized a GLP-1 for the last few months to get from 190 lbs to 165 lbs.

Ive been lurking here the past few months, picking up as much as I can about maintaining health while on TRT. After seeing a lot of great discussions around heart health, I worked with my PCP and got my blood pressure under control with Telmisartan. I also make sure to keep up with routine labs every 8-10 weeks to stay on top of things.

Right now, I’m looking at transitioning from clinic managed TRT to self-managed, and the knowledge and diversity of experiences shared here have already been incredibly valuable to me. Excited to contribute where I can and continue learning from the community.
