Good morning!


I'm a 30-year-old guy from Central Europe. I had an account here years ago, but I made a new one now.



I do kickboxing twice a week and weightlifting two to three times a week. I also commute to work by gravel bike.



My current stack is (i like to keep things simple):



250 mg of testosterone per week (2x 125 mg).


8 mg Reta per week


5 mg Cialis daily.

Maybe i will ad 2-3 IU´s HGH in the future



I got a little fat in the last year, so I'm cutting again.


My actual weight is 100 kg at 1.80 m, so I think I have 10-15 kg more to lose.
