Hello, have reached my goal weight of 171 from 265. Not too many issues but currently I am taking 15mg of Tirz weekly and planning to slowly reduce the dose while keeping my weight at 175 +/- 5 lbs. Ran 2 weeks of HGH at 2IU daily. I think the dose is a bit high as I had some issues sleeping but there has been a significant positive effect on knee arthritis. Planning on restarting HGH at 1IU daily after a business trip next week. Loose skin isn't a huge problem beyond a sad belly button but hoping to improve that possibly with GLOW.

whats your tips on loose skin?
someone told me the best way to mitigate loose skin is losing weight slow, theyve seen a lot of guys doing the 2pounds/week protocol and their skin looks so good, especially now with all the glp1s a lot of people lose the weight quickly and they dont let their skin adapt to their new body, they lose 100pounds in 5-6months…

You are correct. Some loose skin is inevitable depending on the total amount of weight loss and age. Slow loss is going to be better for more reasons than skin. In my case, I carried most of the weight around the belly area. never had any gyno so didn't have to deal with anything but a bit of skin around the belly button which shares the shape with many who have lost nearly 100 pounds. Time at the goal weight has distributed fat back to muscle. Now focusing on more work at the gym over supplements beyond the morning routine of protein powder, fiber and collagen. will cycle some HGH at 1iu a day as it has had a positive effect on not only weight distribution but general healing, particularly on arthritis. Tried GLOW and will try again but saw no effects last time either positive or negative.
