Hey everyone, I’m a 21 yo collegiate athlete graduating with my BSN this year, which means I won’t have to constantly worry about a ncaa drug panel. I’ve been in the gym for about 6 years, but really only taken it seriously for about 4. I’ve got my training and diet pretty dialed and I’m looking to take the next step in my journey. If anyone has pointers on where to start learning it would be greatly appreciated!
