IP clen doses

they are .25mg's so how do you break that down into mcg's???

I've used IP Super Clen before with great results.

They were 200mcg each and I did it like this:

1/4 pill for 2 days,
1/2 pill for 2 day,
1/1 pill for the next 10 days (one half in the morning and one half in the afternoon)

ECA for 14 days and then over again.

Ran a cycle like this for 2 months and lost 15 pounds.

Experienced a little "clen-shake" the first couple of days, but at 200mcg ED there were no sides at all.
