How do you guys take your IP tabs.?

IP claims that ALL his tabs must be chewed or they may pass unabsorbed. I have only cycled his winny and was pleased with the results. I always took my tabs with a little grapefruit juice.

ip, is a hit or miss product. my oppion with all the respected sources we have on MESO i wouldnt mess with ip-products.

you gotta chew em as per the man himself. i would go with another ug brand though.

I love his winny, probably his best product. I usually stick the tab in my mouth and brake it into halves or quarters using my front teeth so I have little pieces and then just swallow. Works just fine.
