No, social programs are fine. Those run through the voluntary contributions through charities and Churches and whatnot. However, your need does not obligate me. I have no obligation to take care of "my fellow man". I may CHOOSE to do so, but I am not obligated so.

And, yes, their work may be funded by many different means. I'm still not wrong. None of those scientists would be starving without those grants. They might not be working on the next Viagra, but they'll be just fine.

If either one of them gets trigger happy, thousands upon thousands of people will die.
