First off..we wernt lied to about WMD..the rest of the world was..we didnt really give a shit. This was nothing more than some payback to the muslim population that that celebrated after the towers fell and Bush trying to do what his father should have 10 years ago.

I knew there would be no weapons and if there were that we probably planted them..I was fine with that. I think most americans were just looking for an excuse to get some revenge. I know I was frustrated because of the nature of terrorism and the inability to blame one nation. To be perfectly honest I think the muslim population at large is responisble...I know I know the Koran doesnt teach that...blow me..Im sick of hearing that and seeing the opposite.

Now that its done..we should leave, forget the rich contracts for rebuilding because the contractors are gonna end up dead anyway and just feel good about some payback.

After 911 I think we should take the handcuffs off Isreil and let them sort it out once and for all.

What about what happened in Afghanistan?, the whole world supported that, but the attack on Iraq was different, FWIW, Al-Qaeda is Saddam's sowrn enemy, you were actually doing them a favor when you attacked Iraq.

well thick, the thing about the preemptive strike is where does it end? does the USA invade any country like that for similar reasons. good intelegence isused so war wont be necessary, yes its good saddam is gone, but is that worth 600+ US soldiers dead plus tens of thousands of Iraqis. I agree with you. I'm glad that Saddam is gone, but after all the millions of dollars and lives spent, I see little hope that Iraq will develop into a beacon for democracy and stability. So Saddam was bad and dangerous, and after Saddam...probably something that is bad and dangerous. I hope I'm wrong.
