At 10 IU/d, I split evenly around 6 AM and 6 PM.

my first impressions after the first 100IU...
My sleep has noticeably improved, I sleep deeply and soundly (not normally)
My belly fat is slowly melting away and the overall skin is becoming “thinner” and the complexion looks more beautiful, which really impresses me. I don't take a large dose... 4 IU daily

I will also do a blood test next week to see how the values have changed.
Of course I will also post the result here

But as it is at the moment, I'm very happy
