I get bloodwork every 6 months and my IGF-1 is always elevated. Last 2 times it was 217 and then 185, which is the top of the range (190) for my age.

The time it was 217 I was doing 3 iu's 5 times a week. I dropped it down to 4 times a week because at my age I have to be careful for cancer.
