Is anyone else who blasts viscerally grossed out by fatty and processed foods on a blast?

yes, I literally crave my meals, chicken, rice, with a little buffalo and just a tiny bit of ranch. dude try it. its a great meal. And I love steak, flank, filet, strip, ribeye. I just fucking love steak idk why, I cook that shit rare as fuck too and its just so tender on the grill. I hate rice, so I do a lot of rice pasta, pasta, oats with berries, white potato, sweet potato, dude my mouth is watering just talking about it. but hand me a whopper I take a bite and I just want my meal haha. I even love fish, cod, tilapia, flounder, salmon. all good to me. I really think its because growing up I ate a ton of wild game and steak and fish my dad was a hunter growing up and fisherman so we had some kind of meat or fish for dinner everynight and its just what I was raised eating.

edit, I can taste the oil when I eat fries and it fucking is nasty I know what your saying. I think its because when you eat clean and then eat shit food you really notice the bad oils and fats.

How do you guys get away with eating steak that isn't lean? I eat a ton, but it's all top/bottom round, I can't stand chicken breast and the rest of the chicken is too high fat, I mean I always have some made, but I just grab the bag with the chopped up steak in it 3 out of 4 times.

As we all know the best tasting steaks are the scotch's and porterhouse that have marbles of fat through and on the edges. The problem is you won't stay lean if you eat to much of them while having carbs in your diet.
When you eat like l do and don't have carbs in your diet, you can eat the fatty cuts of steak and still stay lean.
l eat 2kg of scotch or porterhouse everyday and have a full six pack and would be no more than 12% bodyfat. l do have a very fast metabolism though.
The only time l lose my bottom abs and push towards 15 or 16% bodyfat is when l bulk and eat over 2.5kg of steak a day.

Feels nice to take a break, fry some dopamine receptors, and also feel like a normal human and take my girl on a dinner date

Why wouldn't you track your cheat meals? Or least track them the best you can? It's still gotta fit your diet or else what's the point?

Am the only one that mixes my rice with 1/3 beans? All I see everybody saying is just rice. It's so much better with some beans, why not?

My coach gives me 2 untracked meals as part of my plan. The reason being that I 1. Get a huge meal that’s a break from the lack of variety of just meat and rice, and 2. To be able to enjoy a restaurant meal out for some semblance of normalcy in the off-season. He understands that I can eat, that I want to get big and will be able to eat enough to get big so doesn’t feel the need to make me stress over tracking macros (that I don’t know because every restaurant is different), but rather just eat like a monster just as with every other meal that’s pre planned out

you're starting to make more sense. I track my cheat meals just to see the calorie amount. Sometimes ill put down 2k in one cheat meal hahaa

Ur replies are great lmao. I had my time with lots of girls and I’m done with that by now. Works well for me, I take care of her and she takes care of me by helping with my meals when I’m busy and other stuff around the house

I try to shoot for 2k minimum. Lots of dessert regardless of main meal. And I have low days on rest days too so my blood glucose always goes back down come Training day, even with no berberine on 800+ carbs on high days

one of my favorite cheats is idk if you have it where you are is this place called yogis grill its a chain they have really good sushi, chicken teriyaki bowls, shit like that I can hit 2k there pretty easily. that's my go to spot when I get really hungry. Its nothing fried and its still pretty clean but feels like I'm cheating so its a win. I don't crave sweets ever idk why. I really don't like sweets, ill have a peice of cheesecake here and there but I never finish it. there was a good year long period where anything sweet actually grossed me out. I'm weird like that

Just had sushi yesterday and loaded up on 4 rolls and mango chicken entree. Then had a brownie for dessert.

Ps- shutup, it’s my birthday weekend and it was my free meal lol
