Not HGH, It's not scheduled but there's a specific law against it. None of the peptide companies in the US sell HGH.

Other peptides can be produced and sold legally, as long as they're not intended for human use, That's a very fine line, and the places that have been busted by the FDA for doing that have made the smallest mistakes, like answering an email about what dosage to use.

Some companies, like Peptide Science, have been doing it openly and successfully for a long time, but they're very strict and careful. Ask a question that even hints of their product being used on a human and you'll be immediately banned.

Probably want to put the lawyer Rick Collins on a retainer. Tell him you want to sell peptides for research use only, and how to do that without breaking the laws and regulations on selling unapproved drugs.

Just hire a lawyer and consultant if youre too lazy or dumb to go through the research phase yourself in this endeavor. I never understand how an entrepreneur in this space can't do their own leg work.

This is an insanely ignorant question to ask on a bodybuilding forum. I get it though, drug dealers for the most part are lazy. Yes there are law problems, banking problems, lab start up problems. A mountain of problems in front of you before you get started and it's going to take some fucking research and leg work on your part. This is coming from a cannabis & hemp lab consultant.
