Just curious, has anyone ever gone on HRT and the was able to come off of it at some later date after the underlying condition was corrected and have the HPG axis properly work again? I always hear people say that when you go HRT youre on it for life. Is this true? I think at least part of my problem is metabolic and if I at some point correct that problem, would it be possible that Id be able to come off of HRT?
Im starting Androgel tomorrow morning (5g) I cant wait to see if it makes me feel alive again. If I have to be on HRT for the rest of my life so be it, but Id like to have some hope that I could recover someday.
