either one is fine but never with yor name on it / if its something that is not "legal" and not legally addresses to you - you can not get into trouble because there is no proof that mail was for you - anyone can mail anything to somebodys house but not mail for that person - have it mailed to wherever you want with just not your name on it then you will be fine

No, you won't be just fine mailing it in someone else's name.
Federal PO boxes won't accept any names except for those who are authorized per the agreement. Private mailboxes the same thing. UPS stores are too nosy so fuck them. Plenty of guys have eaten bacon at PO boxes/Private mailboxes.

Depends on your supplier and how much you trust their shipping method. Doesn't really matter where it's sent unless you've gotten love letters from customs in the past.

You're the one with no idea and repeating what another bro told you. Sending shit with fake names and to abandoned buildings won't draw the attention of Postal Inspectors
They'll mail it to your house. Even if you had under another name there's something called a controlled delivery. If they want you they'll get you.

- you order whatever "creatine" ...then your name is really mike johnson but you have it mailed to your house as john smith ....the package of "creatine" arrives to your house as john smith at your address - its that simple - no legal connections to you at all , you just have to make sure you dont have to sign for the package thats it

Ok so, seems like this is a dead end situation. However, this is the only way to receive "protein". So someone is wrong, or there is always a chance of getting fucked over, just be a man and roll the dice.
I was just seeing if there was ever anyone with a po box ,or stories about someone, whose shit was caught, and unknowing someone like the dea, ect was waiting for them at the post office. Staking them out till they go and get it, then rush his ass.

so if i buy steroids and have them shipped to your house with your name on them or not you get in trouble .....- you do realize this is what you are stating / there needs proof of you personally purchasing the stuff - anyone can mail a package to another person it does not mean the receiver even wants the package or knows it is coming to them
if you order something you wouldnt want to show everyone in the open then do it on another name
This is how I personally manage the situation. I open a private (UPS, Fed Ex) mail box with my name (not by choice, I just don't want the hassle of procuring a fake ID) and that of another FICTITIOUS person. Thereafter, all "controlled" products are mailed TO and IN the name of the fictitious person. Should I be confronted by LE (has never happened and I do not believe it will because the quantity I ship) I would tell them; "that clown moved a while back" and I don't know where he. Heck that sorry SOB owes me 200 bucks! (It's called plausible deniability in legal circles). I believe most CASUAL users exaggerate the possibility LE is "watching them". Don't call attention to yourself, KEEP A LOW PROFILE IN THE GYM and whatever you do DON'T sell AAS OR any other illicit drug. That's when LE becomes quite interested......the sales agent! Take a look at those "BB-lifters" in the media whom were "busted" damn near EVERYONE of them were selling or manufacturing AAS, guys!

Interesting. I'm probably missing something obvious but just to clarify, why would you need an ID to open one in your name but not need one for the ficticious person?

The only reason to use PO boxes are living in an apartment complex, nosy neighbors, misdeliveries, and you got past love letters from customs. Plenty of times people have been snitched on by nosy neighbors due to misdeliveries. Open other peoples mail is a federal crime btw though it ain't sexy to report that on the news.
If they want you, they got you. Going through the trouble of setting up PO boxes in fictitious names is reserved for suppliers. You don't think those places are likely to have cameras, especially UPS stores (which no one should use btw)?
tl;dr Relax most of the time it's a love letter if it gets snagged by customs, which you shouldn't get because you're buying from the many reputable domestic sources. If I lived in a cowtown, where the neighbors know your name then I'd get a PO Box/PMB in a big city preferably run by mom and pop.
