Is more hmg better?

Or is it diminishing returns?

Current protocal is 500 iu hcg eod and then 75iu hmg on the alternative eod is adding hmg say 5 x week or upping the 75 to 150 gonna make things happen quicker or is it just a matter of time/luck?

Been on this protocal 3 months was fully shut down done a home test and im at least “fertile” now but not sure on numbers

More HMG can help, but past a certain point it doesn’t magically speed things up, fertility recovery is mostly time, and individual response, not force dosing.

That’s basically a full HPTA restart spermatogenesis support.

At 3 months, going from shut down to fertile on a home test is actually a very good sign, that means the testicles and Sertoli cells are responding.

Search the forums and compare protocols with some reported positive results.

There is no standard Protokoll to regain fertile. Some need 1 year + 2500iu eod and 75mcg hMG. Some only need 500iu eod ?
I would go to a doctor and test your semen

Ive done my homework plenty do protocals whilst on trt? What do you mean?

If you passed a home fertility test (I am assuming YO) you are pretty much good to go. I wouldn't sperg out about the YO score as I got scores all over the place and got my wife pregnant. I never went over 75 iu FSH.

In my case, female factor was a big problem and we didn't have any luck until (under doctor supervision) we had her take letrozole to induce ovulation then hcg to sustain it.

Nope. I am trying this time on 100 mgs a week in addition to 1000 IU HCG/ 75 IU FSH 3x per week. Well see how it goes.
