Is shortness of breath a sign of low E2 or am I having a heart attack?

Broham.

If you seriously suspect you may be having a heart attack, you need to get yourself to an ER immediately. No one on a steroid forum can help you with that. Of course, shortness of breath does not always mean you're having a heart attack, but if it's accompanied by chest pain, pain in your left arm and/or jaw, etc., then you should get it checked out asap.

I dropped Tren E last week and upped my Test dose but Tren makes me extremely sensitive to E2 (I already need an AI on 150mg Test if I run Tren at the same time) and since I still have some Tren in my body I got itchy nipples and everything so I kinda panicked and took way too much shit and probably nuked my E2 (I think it was 125mg Exemestan and 50mg Nolvadex) and that was yesterday and since then I can’t catch my breath but I don’t have chest pain or anything like that

The only thing happening here is stupidity. No offense, but you are a case study in everything not to do. No bloodwork. Going off feelz. Popping random amounts of various AIs. No comprehension of how tren interacts with e2. Drop everything and return to baseline for a few months. During that time, spend a LOT of time here reading. If you think you have a question, don't ask it. Use the search button and read read read. Good luck.

I promise I‘m not quite as retarded as I sound lol. I blame the Tren

That’s what I planned to do anyways, drop everything and chill on 200mg Test for a few months.

Do blood work . Check hemoglobin.

I had shortness of breath , dizzy spells and chest pain .

Dr. Told me I had to much blood . And to go donate blood . Because almost all steroids increase in red blood cells

I felt amazing after words .

Low E2 can cause anxiety / panic. But you need to check bloodwork.

Don’t take this the wrong way but if you need an AI on 150 mg of test this game may not be for you. Your body seems to be hypersensitive to hormones. Why you’d mess with Tren knowing this is beyond me. Just come off everything and see a doctor. Anxiety is a diagnosis of exclusion, meaning you have to rule out medical issues first like heart attack, pulmonary embolism, etc.

are you alive buddy? if the shortness of breath has continued for this many hours, it is time to go to the ER.

if that sounds scary right now, you can also do an urgent care. but get somewhere with irl medical professionals to check you out ASAP.
