i was wondering if anyone has had a problem with recent orders to researchkits.com????
the reason i ask is i ordered fina kits, but as yet they have not arrived.i have sent several emails to confirm the status of the order but have had no replies.i was wondering if anyone knew if there was a problem???

I ordered from them a couple months ago and my order took FOREVER to arrive. Arrive it did, though. Nothing you can do but wait it out bro. I know that others have had the same problem but I think everyone eventually receives.

Well Ive been waiting since Feb. from them.

I wrote it off as a loss awhile ago.

I ordered some vials last year, and ran into the same problem, not having my emails returned. Finally the guy emailed me back and said he'd resend my pack, which he did. The only problem was that about two thirds of the vials were smashed to pieces. I emailed him to tell him this, and never heard from them again.

ResearchKits are FUCKING SCAMMING FUCKS! I ordered 500 empty gelcaps and of course they never arrived, never responded to emails, etc. So I called my CC company and told them that I had paid for a product and haven't received. They went and got my money back from those pricks. A fucking shoddy operation, fuck them. Hope you get your coin back or product bro...if not call and get your funds backs. Fuck them over like they try to fuck you over.

I am also had it with Researchkits.com. I ordered product and paid with credit card and never got it and was billed. I tried to Email the guy at least 5 times and no response. The credit card company refunded the $ after i worte a formal letter to them etc. Luckily I saved all the info including the web pages and printed them out as documentation.
The guy is a jerk. I have seen thisthread all over the place. Before I order from anyone I send a email and ask if the item is in stock andhow many items. If there is no answer I got to another place. Sad that I have to do it but I won't take chances anymore.

hate to throw a silver lining in a black cloud but I've always had good luck with them...maybe things have changed since my lasr order (don't know)
if you don't get your fina kits from Research then where do you go?
