Is this 12 month plan perfect for cycling ??

4 months on a heavy cycle and only 2 months off? Time on = time off. Why are you rushing things? Your destroying your body.
 
You realize it's 2013 and people are a lot smarter these days.... But then again your a 19 year old kid who's planning on running gear 2/3 of the year.
 
In the 60's and 70's women smoked and drank while pregnant also, my people know a better way to do things now

I have spent at least 18 hours on google in the past 3 days researching its so confusing

Is this the best way to do it do 6 months mass gaining to add mass and size then 4 months cutting to 8% bf then repeat ?
