Are these GH vials usable? what is happening here? I train way to hard not to be taking what I expect to be taking.

bought domestic. do not know origin exact. supposed to be 20iu/per

A guess, but based on the amount of powder, which could reasonably be 7-8mg, and the sloppy lyophilization + the fact it's domestic and not from China where even the worst SRY "ugly vials" are made
with more skill, I'd say someone bought something like this:

Diluted 1g rHGH (3000iu) with 150ml (20iu / ml) of water.

Put 1ml in each of 150 vials.

"Lyophilized" it with:

But didn't realize they were supposed to add some excipients, at the very least mannitol, for basic stability and proper dissolubility. I won't bother to mention timing and many other complex factors that go into lyophilizing properly without causing the rHGH to denature (unfold) and become inactive.

So the answer is you likely have 20iu (by weight, ~7mg, not actual activity which iu is a measure of) rHGH in there.

It's probably trash. It may be difficult to dissolve. It'll aggregate.

A Jano test could very well come back with high purity since the raw rHGH could've been made well, but the damage caused by the incompetent processing, most likely unfolding, won't affect its chemical properties and not be detectable by HPLC-MS.

If you decide to try it, at least filter it. I doubt it's sterile.

Out of curiosity, could you check a vial with a syringe to see if it has vacuum?

Ghoul. absolutely incredible assessment. appreciated. just checked a vial and yes still had vacuum. Should I just reconstitute and use it up but Only as supplementary bonus if its usable but rely on daily iu. requirement from confirmed reliable Product?

A lot of people use what they can "see" as a measure of quality (ie cloudy=bad) but the truth is most of the problems that can happen with rHGH are invisible to the naked eye, and to our tests.

I'm going to answer you with what I think you should do, and what you should consider if you decide to use it anyway, since I know folks will do what they want, and "harm reduction" isn't necessarily "harm elimination".

If you want to be as safe as possible, you shouldn't use it. If you bought a lot and hesitant to dispose of it, get it tested so you know for sure it's rHGH.

If it is confirmed as reasonably pure I don't see why that rHGH would be any more risky than any other vial of "good looking" rHGH that could be hiding a bunch of sins.

I would definitely filter though, for sterility at the least, and whatever other contaminants you might spare yourself from needlessly injecting, That goes for all UGL injectables imo, but obviously there's more reason for caution here.

I assume it's much less active than the iu would suggest but there's no way to know for sure.

If this is one kit, consider chalking it up as a loss, lesson learned, and start over with another vendor.

those vials are suspect as hell. i wouldn’t touch them. they have residue rings around them, as if they were in tact pucks at one point?

have you had them for a while? you should really share the source so folks know to steer clear until you have answer that makes any kind of sense.
