IT HAS BEGUN....

Start of week 10 (shoulder pins this week, right this AM)... Back workout this morning (gotta get it in before the gym closes due to the holiday), Happy Labor Day my bros.....!!!

How much have your lifts increased for your bench,dead,squat and OHP

Also what was your starting weight -> Current weight .

Beginning weight was maybe 170ish, last time I weighed myself I was at 184. In reference to lifts I have noticed an increase, bench (did 225 for a couple reps today 4-5 maybe, didn't really count them) and i've never done or even tried that weight prior. Seated military press I've done 165 (barbell, free weight for a couple reps too) granted with someone there giving a little spot but those are weights I wouldn't even try before and now have the confidence to push them... I appreciate the well wishes on the cycle man!
 
End of week 10 (left delt pin), got legs today and hoping to make the best of it... Unfortunately, my gym is closed and it's a madhouse out here due to Hurricane Irma. Training will be done at my chick's condo, be safe out there anyone in the path of this monster (hurricane, not me lol)......
 
Sorry I've been M.I.A. gentlemen, hurricane came through here and I haven't had internet/cable since.... Actually at my parent's place now using internet (school BS)..

Week 11 in the books, weighed myself maybe 2 days ago and weight was at 189... Strength is still there, all in all feeling good and hoping I get home to some internet/cable later today!!!!
 
Last pin in the books, gonna wait my 2 weeks and start my pct.... All in all I really have nothing to gauge this cycle against but there were some things noticed. Strength did go up on bench and overhead press, some increase in size, etc. Did I expect more? Yes, I thought I'd feel different (alpha) and muscle popping/roundness would be on another level... Patience, patience, patience I guess lol.... Hoping some months from now (spring/may/june) I can run a more improved cycle, maybe multiple compounds to really bump things up a notch. I appreciate everyones help/feedback throughout this journey !!!
 
PCT DAY 1 FOLKS....... Hoping strength stays as well as the muscle gained, weight-wise I could careless it's all about the look/appearance of the gains put on... Got Back tonight, will def continue pushing!
