Gvt is amazing but be ready to have your ass handed to you! First time I did legs I ended up puking in the golds bathroom! Hahaha Charles Poliquin (as someone else mentioned) is where I got it and where I would read if your interested. Good luck walking the first few times! ;)
 
besides the legs day it doesnt look overly difficult to me...... Ten sets of ten with a lighter weight than a 5x5 with which is 5 sets of 5.... supersets but regardless. Alll training is very similar and there are not special routines that are just going make you grow like a weed.

I have done many, many, many, many dip and pull up supersets with mininmal rest, so i see where this program is coming from. And i always did more than ten supersets total, never less than 20. if you dont train hard on the regular it could be very difficutl
