Anyway, back on topic: don't take anything OP. You drastically increase your chance of re-injury if you cycle before you've built yourself back up. Especially at >50.

Artificial strength and preexisting injuries is a recipe for disaster.

Slow recovery is the way to go for tendon injuries... The last damn thing you need is to put on huge pulsing contractile tissue to yank away at those repairs.

Slow and steady....get the bf under control thru exercise and diet.
If you think your t numbers are down get bloods....do it anyway just to check where your at right now.
Metabolic table...lipids ...TT and free test....e2 and a psa is a good start.
Then make a decision on test based on these results.
